Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions and service-related requests

- Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
- Track client interactions and ensure follow-up is completed
- Help resolve routine issues with professionalism and care
- Support onboarding and general service coordination
- Contribute to a smooth and trusted client journey
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client service, hospitality, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, calm, and service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
- Experience working with premium clients is a plus
