The Property Acquisition Specialist focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing property opportunities aligned with business and client objectives. This role requires market awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to assess property potential from both commercial and strategic perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of property evaluation and market dynamics
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is strongly preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field.
- Experience in property acquisition.
