About the Role

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for leading the management of assigned properties while maintaining strong service standards, operational control, and tenant satisfaction. This role requires leadership, experience, and the ability to oversee both day-to-day coordination and broader property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of residential or commercial properties
• Supervise tenant communication, renewals, and issue resolution
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and operational follow-through
• Review property performance and reporting outputs
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and management processes
• Support junior team members and improve service consistency
• Maintain high-quality delivery across all assigned assets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property management
• Strong leadership and operational coordination skills
• Experience managing tenants, vendors, and property-related documentation
• High level of professionalism and problem-solving ability
• Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of Dubai property management practices
