About the Role
The Operations Manager oversees internal systems, coordination, and process improvement to ensure the business runs efficiently and consistently. This role plays a central part in aligning teams, supporting delivery standards, and building scalable operational structure across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows across departments
- Improve internal systems, processes, and team coordination
- Support reporting, documentation, and operational visibility
- Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvements
- Help maintain service quality through clear process management
- Coordinate with leadership on priorities, execution, and team support
- Ensure internal operations remain organized, consistent, and scalable
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, administration, or business management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience building or improving internal workflows
- Ability to manage priorities across teams and functions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in real estate or service-based businesses is preferred
