About the Role
The Leasing Consultant supports prospective tenants and landlords throughout the leasing journey, from inquiry handling to property matching and transaction coordination. This role is ideal for a professional who is client-facing, responsive, and confident in guiding leasing conversations with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries and qualify client requirements
- Recommend suitable properties based on budget, location, and preferences
- Schedule and conduct property viewings
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and landlords
- Support lease negotiation and documentation coordination
- Update CRM records and leasing pipelines accurately
- Deliver a professional and responsive client experience throughout the process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property advisory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident handling client interactions and follow-ups
- Organized and target-driven with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
- Familiarity with Dubai leasing processes is preferred
